We are specialized in the production of industrial knives. We make costum made blades intended for the machines that crush or grind:
- plastic (granulator and crusching knives, knife holders and spare parts),
- recycling material,
- wood (chipper & crusching knives).
The most important thing in the production of industrial blades is the selection of the most suitable material. Production then continues on precision CNC milling machines. Before heat treatment, we decide, based on the purpose, which hardness is best for the product. The last mechanical operation is the sharpening process, which gives the knives their final shape and cut. After finishing the work, we label the knives and prepare them for shipment.
